2. Description of Service

Tinker AI Limited provides a cloud-based platform for training AI for robots (Tinker AI). Users can create, run, and share AI Robotics experiments and related content. Tinker AI Limited does not warrant that the platform will meet all of your specific requirements and disclaims liability for any inaccuracy, failure, or error in content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

To access some features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify Tinker AI Limited immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Pay-as-you-go and Payment

Tinker AI Limited operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. You will be charged based on your usage, and payments are non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Abuse, harass, or threaten others.

Upload, post, or distribute any unlawful, obscene, or defamatory content.

Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account without notice.

7. Content Ownership

Tinker AI Limited does not claim ownership of any experiment data, code or content you create using the platform. However, by sharing content on the platform, you grant Tinker AI Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tinker AI Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service.

9. Termination

Tinker AI Limited may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these TOS. Upon termination, you lose access to all content associated with your account.

10. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed under English laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
